Let’s get real: What does AI actually mean for our tech teams?
As many of you know, I’ve been a long-time advocate for product-oriented tech organizations. In our book All Hands on Tech, we dig into cross-functional teams, automation, DevOps culture, and real product ownership.

But lately, something new has entered the chat:
